About

Dr. Scott is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and fellowship-trained in breast imaging.  She is a dedicated breast radiologist with over 15 years of experience in breast imaging.  Her practice focuses entirely on breast imaging and diagnosis.  She is commited to providing high quality compassionate care to each patient.  She is well-known and respected for the quality individual service each patient receives.

Dr. Scott grew up in Chattanooga, and received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University.  She graduated first in her class from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine where she was a Dogett Fellow.  She completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Washington and her fellowship in breast imaging at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.  She has served as medical director for many breast centers, including Huntsville Hospital Breast Center, Breast Care at Crestwood, Breast Health Center at Athens Regional Medical Center (Georgia), and Imaging Excellence for Women.  Her current practice draws upon past experiences in these centers to address individual patient’s needs while providing high quality care.

Dr. Scott lives in Huntsville with her husband and two daughters.  She enjoys horseback riding, classical ballet, and ballroom dancing.
